Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at contact@qteessentials.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.


Non-Returnable & Digital Items

Please note: All digital products (including printables, guides, and journal downloads) are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of instant downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Used or damaged items outside of shipping-related issues


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your physical item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at qteessentials@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.


Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
